В сложных региональных кризисах невозможно разобраться, не учитывая многомерный исламский фактор. Облегчить эту задачу может монография Александра Кузнецова. В книге исследуется природа межрелигиозных конфликтов и их влияние на современную политику в регионе. Анализируется становление региональных центров силы: Ирана, Саудовской Аравии и коалиции Катар-Турция. Дается анализ деятельности многочисленных негосударственных игроков из числа исламистских организаций, зачастую более могущественных, чем правительства некоторых ближневосточных стран. Автор изучает ряд факторов, существенно повлиявших на сирийский конфликт.В работе над книгой использовались материалы на арабском, персидском, английском и французском языках. Помимо изучения книг, газетных и журнальных статей, материалов Интернета, автор широко использовал беседы с участниками и очевидцами этих процессов из стран Ближнего Востока.В формате PDF A4 сохранен издательский макет.
